Thank you all for the overwhelming response and help
provided on the topic "Solaris 10 root permission
issue".
The time spared has been greatly appreciated.
As a follow up to this topic I would like to admonish
you all of you that although the operating system is
the same version IE Solaris 10, Sun (sparc) and Sun
(x86) binaries do not play well together. Mixing and
matching between the two is a migraine waiting to
happen.
