Dear Admins

Have any of you ever experienced an issue with root
not having adequate permissions on a Solaris 10 host?

I have an executable that works fine on a Solaris 8
and 9 host but root on Solaris 10 can not execute with
barely any error message.

Example:
# id
uid=0(root) gid=0(root)
# ./file_to_be_executed
./file_to_be_executed: cannot execute
#ls -la file_to_be_executed
-rwxr-x-r-x 1 root bin 1157620 Jul 20 14:32
./file_to_be_executed

Do any of you have any idea why this might be
happening?
