Has anyone successfully set up dual boot with Linux and Solaris 10 on intel
hardware using grub?
I installed Solaris first in partition 1 then installed Linux. Here's the
relavent grub config:
title Solaris 10
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chainloader +1
makeactive
boot
I've tried both with and without 'boot' as I've googled and seen it both ways.
Linux and Solaris are installed on the same disk, so Linux's grub overwrote
the Solaris bootloader on the MBR. I figured that was ok since I thought I
could get grub to boot Solaris.
When I select Solaris, I get a blue screen that is labeled:
Aolaris Primary Boot Subsystem
with an error:
A20 enable failed
I think the 'A' thing is just the first character getting whacked somehow
since I'm sure it's supposed to be Solaris Primary Boot Subsystem.
Any ideas?
