Jumpstart Errors Part 2

I am getting the following:

Rebooting with command: boot net:speed=100,duplex=full - install
Boot device: /pci@1f,700000/network@2:speed=100,duplex=full File and
args: - install
100 Mbps FDX Link up
Timeout waiting for ARP/RARP packet
Timeout waiting for ARP/RARP packet
29200 100 Mbps FDX Link up

Requesting Ethernet address for: 192.168.5.101

Why is it asking for the Ethernet address of the jumpstart server??? I
an connected directly with a crossover cable.......
