Hi managers

I have a problem with the DLT4000 Tape drive connected to E450

I am using sun storEdge enterprise backup 7.1 software

The operating system is Solaris 8

It is giving me an error when trying to label the volume can't open the
drive: error reading ..not sure of the exact message but almost like this
one

I changed the tape drive with another one but no use ,

What could be the problem?

Any one can help?
