Dear Managers,
I have a problem. We have sybase 12.5 with Sol 8 on Sun Fire 280r with 2 CPU and
4 GB ram. In the last week we noticed CPU was 0% idle, 40% of each CPU resource
consumed by Sybase. We had to reboot the server to get one program to finish.
When I did the truss on the sysbase process I notice multiple repetation of the
following message:
kaio(AIOWAIT 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFF) ERR#22 EINVAL
what is this mean?. I don't see this after the reboot and the same program executed.
Could someone shed some light on this?.
