device name changed in svm

Hi all,

We are migrating 2 luns to new emc array from compaq san. Right now
they are concatenated / stripe volumes. When we are done with the
migration with the (copy of the data) the device name will be diffrent
but all the data will be intact. is there anyway to tell svm to look
at the new device names.

I know this information is in the md.tab / md.cf but I dont know the
right procedure. Any quick help will be apreciated.
