Need help to analyze a sytem panic...

hi all,

one of my SunUltra30 (solaris 7) recently crashes with the following message
in /var/adm/messages:

panic[cpu0]/thread=...
DOM segmentation violation [seg....

so, what the hell is DOM??
any idea what causes this crashes?
