bind address already in use- bootp server

Hi,
      My goal is making a bootp server.

       After installing SUNWbootp package on sun server which is running on
Solaris 7, when I try to start ./bootpd -s daemon it is giving
   an Error " bind address already in use"

The setup is a test setup. With one server and stand alone printer.
I checked the Mac id assigned towards the printer is very correct.
As per my knowledge no duplicate ip was assigned in the configuration file.
The /etc/bootptab, /etc/services, /etc/inetd.conf I did as per the
downloaded document.

Can any one advise me, what could be the error..
