Migrate DtMail etc. to Outlook

Dear Managers,

We are going to implement an Exchange-server in our organization.
Today, our UNIX-users are using DtMail & Netscape/Mozilla email
clients. PC users are using Eudora.

How do we migrate email from DtMail / Netscape (mbox format) to
Outlook?

Eudora to Outlook migration is off-topic, but I'd be grateful if
anyone has some info on this as well.
