Recommendations to improve the performance of Solaris 8 ClearCase servers?

Hi,
Does anyone have any recommendations to improve the performance of
Solaris 8 ClearCase servers?
We have two E250's with 2GB memory and 2*400MHz CPU's each machine has a
gigabit Ethernet card (X1141A) connected via a Cisco 6509 to NetApp F480
The KJP is Generic_117350-24 and the recommended patches from May/10/05
We have 843265.4 MB of VOB's and 692532.3 MB Views server by the two
machines.
In /etc/system on each we have:-
        set sq_max_size=200
and an init script sets:-
        /usr/sbin/ndd -set /dev/tcp tcp_xmit_hiwat 65535
        /usr/sbin/ndd -set /dev/tcp tcp_recv_hiwat 65535
        /usr/sbin/ndd -set /dev/udp udp_xmit_hiwat 65535
        /usr/sbin/ndd -set /dev/udp udp_recv_hiwat 65535
        /usr/sbin/ndd -set /dev/tcp tcp_max_buf 262144
        /usr/sbin/ndd -set /dev/tcp tcp_deferred_ack_interval 100
        /usr/sbin/ndd -set /dev/tcp tcp_dupack_fast_retransmit 2
        /usr/sbin/ndd -set /dev/tcp tcp_slow_start_initial 4

Are there any other ways I can improve the performance of the two machines.
The machines have been ultra reliable over the past five years and I
think Solaris is the best OS for ClearCase but IBM are pushing Linux and
I feel Solaris support will take a back seat.
I would love to use Solaris 10 on some of our V20z machines but
Rational(IBM) have no plans to support Solaris 10 x86 and even the Sparc
version has been delayed from the normal "90 days after FCS" as quote
Rational "Solaris 10 is so different from Solaris 9" :-)
