SUN DHCP Server - Bonding Network To Specific Interface

I am a new Sys Admin at Crown College (www.crowncollege.edu) .
I have a rather unexpected problem. I have installed SUN's DHCP Server
and configured it on an Ultra 5 400mhz Proc. and 256mb of RAM with a 4
port ethernet card. Everything works except for one aspect.

The DHCP Server doesn't seem to be bonding properly to the individual
interfaces. I am using two of the interfaces on the 4 port ethernet
card, each connecting to completely isolated physical networks. I set up
DHCP with two networks, one for each of the subnets we are using.
Here is the part that i can't figure out. Somehow DHCP is successfully
handing out to clients on both isolated physical networks with IP's from
both DHCP networks. It seems to decide which DHCP network to use for
each client ,on both physical networks, at random.

Is there somethign i am missing? Is there anyway to bond a DHCP Network
on the DHCP Server to a specific Interface? Or what is the best way to
create the same effect with one machine. Run two DHCP Servers on it?

I confirmed IP addresses and routes for the interfaces are properly
setup. Checked through the entire network very carefully. The two
physcial networks are entirely isolated from eachother. So I know this
is an issue with SUN's DHCP Server.
