How to add application links to CDE drop down menu

I use the CDE desktop on Solaris 9.
In the contral panel bar at the bottom of the screen
there is a picture of the world on the left side and an up arrow which
when you click on it has links like web browser, bookmarks,
find web page.

Is there a way to add my own links in there? I want to add
a link for an application I installed on this machine.
