T3 raid array -> how to recover password?

I have a StorEdge T3 array that I do not know the password to get into the
local OS (note: I'm talking about the built-in configuration OS of the raid
itself, not the server's OS). I can get access via telnet and via serial
console, but both of course require the root pass to allow access...

Does anyone know the process to do this?
