OT: Your favorite remote access (ssh) gadget

I'd like to perform a survey, and post the results back to this mailing
list about what SunManagers carry around with them for quick access to
their servers.

Your responses will aid me in purchasing a gadget, and hopefully others on
this list. Basically, the choice is usually between an ultra-thin (or any)
laptop, and a palm-sized device. It could be a product from a cell phone
company, or any other device that you managed to get working with your
cell phone. I'd like to avoid wi-fi only devices, since in my opinion
they don't have as great of a coverage, as the ones with EDGE/GPRS or
EVDO/1xRTT built in or attached. Also, ssh functionality is a requirement.

For me it could be a choice between Thinkpad X41 (b/c I hate the
touchpad), vs SideKick II with ssh, vs Treo w/ ssh, vs Blackberry with
ssh.

(feel free to give any feature a rating from 1(low) to 10 (best)
