SF 280R problem

Guys,

I have new SF V280R, when I trying to turn the power ON there is nothing
happen on the screen (black screen), but when I switch the key on diagnostic
mode the error messages comes like bellow, I just want to make sure is it
hardware problem or not ? and after POST installation complete I can't
continue boot from default bootdisk

Please advice
