66mhz. Vs. 33Mhz Bus speeds on an E450

Hello

I have a sun e450 with the following harware configs.
in Slot 1 & 2 (from the bottom) I have 2 JNI fiber
cards and in slot 4&6 I have also LVD SCSI adapters.

Issue/scenerio
Slot 1 & 2 on the system have bus speeds of only 33Mhz
and slot 4&6 have bus speeds of 33/66Mhz based on the
E450 system diagram on sunsolve..

Question..
Will I get a better performance/throughput if I move
the fiber cards to the 33/66Mhz slots?, and if yes by
how much..How much degradation i'm I getting If I
connect say a fiber-attached tape SILO or Fiber disks
storage..
My other concern is if I move the 2 LVD cards to the
33Mhz slots then how much degration I'm I getting if I
connect say an LTO2 tape drive to a card sitting in a
33Mhz slot.

Is there any tool I can use to measeure/benchmark the
bus speeds?..
Is there any documentations/whitepapers addressing
this issue.
At the moment I have my fiber card in the 33Mhx slots
and I have not seen any issues/degradation on my
external disks of TAPE silo. There are fiber devices.
Is there a threshold that needs to be reached before
performance begin to set in?.
Any suggestions/answers are welcome..
Thanks
