problem with file transfers

  Hello managers,
I have a typical problem with FTP transfers.I have a setup
like below.
Netra T1 server as the FTP server and will be uploading almost 1
to 2 GB/day.Sometimes what happens is the link gets disconnected when the file
size more than 100MB.

Is there anything I can do on the TCP/IP tuning of the
server.I have attached the ifconfig output along with this mail.
