Best use of A1000s?

All,

I have an Oracle server that has 4 external A1000's arrays hanging off it.
The drives in those arrays have been carved into various LUNs with either
RAID5 or RAID0+1 configurations. On the E450 we are running Solaris 8 with
the RM6.2 that came with the arrays and Veritas is also installed.

The problem I am having is in utilization: the Oracle db uses the different
partitions at varying rates. Therefore, it gets had to predict when 1
particular partition will fill up (while other partitions go largely
unused).

My question is: how can I best utilize all of my storage? A setup I would
love to see:

1. RAID 0+1 used throughout for enhanced speed
2. to the OS, the arrays appear as a single large partition containing
all of the database files
3. this single partition can be seamlessly grown by adding more A1000's
in the future

Thank you,
