Hey all,
On a Solaris 9 server I would like to lock a users account for 30
minutes after 6 failed attempts. I have done some searching on the net
but havent found a solution. If anyone could point me to where this is
documented or have any personal success in doing so, Please let me
know.
I've tried adding "RETRIES=6" to /etc/default/login in an attempt to
lock out the account after 6 attempts. That did not work.
I've used pam_tally to accomplish this on linux previously, but that
does not exist on my current solaris 9 server.
Thanks again.
