I currently have a L8 attached to a Sun StoEdge PCI / PCI-X Dual
Ultra320 SCSI Host Adapter.. The driver and patches for the SCSI card
were installed. A probe-scsi-all see the drive as Target 5 Unit 0
Removable Tape HP
Ultrium 2-SCSI F53A

When I tried doing a ---> mt -f /dev/rmt/1 , I get /dev/rmt/1: No such
device or address and on the other terminal window, I get "hostname
genunix: WARNING: add_spec: No major number for mpt"

Any help is appreciated..
