Unable to SFTP

Hi managers,

We are unable to sftp. telnet npi.accenture.com 22 (ssh port) works
fine. We get the ssh prompt. However, we can't sftp using pscp
(shareware secure copy tool)

This is the error I get..

Any help would be appreciated.
