Finding out the total memory free in Solaris 2.6

Hi there,
                I had a Solaris 2.6 box and I want to find out what the
total memory I have free when its running at the moment. I've found the only
way of doing this is the RMC MemTool, but because this is a production
machine I can't install any other packages.
        Is there a way of showning the total memory free in Solaris 2.6
without installing an extra package? Vmstat will show the total virtual
memory free but this isn't what I'm looking for.
