problem with raw sockets for IP in IP encapsulation (protocol 4) on Solaris 5.8

Hi,

I'm having a problem with raw sockets for IP in IP encapsulation (protocol
4) on Solaris 5.8. When I create more than one raw IP sockets that bind to
the same IP address to listen for the IPinIP protocol, only the first socket
receives all the packets.

I've tried this for other protocols like ICMP (protocol 1), even other
encapsulation protocols like GRE (protocol 47), but they work fine i.e. all
the sockets receives the packets.

I've tried using socket options like SO_REUSEADDR, but to no avail.

Is this a bug in Solaris 5.8, or is this configurable behaviour ? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,
Rupesh Kumar Mishra
