ksh script exiting even with a nohup

Does anyone have any idea why a ksh script might exit on logout even
though it was run with nohup? I've verified that the parent shell has
no traps, and I've even tried trapping SIGHUP to a dummy procedure
within the script, but it always quits when the parent shell quits.

Thanks,

Chad
