Process priviledge to write to /dev/udp

So I have a program that needs to open /dev/udp RDWR on a Solaris 10
box.

I have tried to edit /etc/security/device_policy to:

Udp read_priv_set=net_rawaceces write_priv_set=net_rawaccess

This seems to break NIS+ saying that it can't t_open /dev/udp.

What are the correct permission settings to give so my process can write
to /dev/udp.

Thanks,
Sonny
