Hi Managers
Iam running Sol 8 on a fujitsu platform 2500, sun equivilent is a F15K, the
KP is SunOS ubsf5001 5.8 Generic_117350-05 sun4us sparc FJSV,GPUZC-L
The errors iam getting are as follows ....
$ grep ipmp message*
messages.3:Mar 25 03:49:15 ubsf5001 in.mpathd[69]: [ID 594170 daemon.error]
NIC failure detected on fjgi0 of group ipmp1
messages.3:Mar 25 03:49:29 ubsf5001 in.mpathd[69]: [ID 299542 daemon.error]
NIC repair detected on fjgi0 of group ipmp1
This message or errors seems to be intermittant, and does'nt reflect on all
like configurations on other domains, I've tried to look in past archive
summaries, and I've seen other people have have the same issues with ipmp,
but I've yet to see any suggested fixes.....

Dear Sun Managers,
I have a machine with Solaris 8 KJP 108528-20
configured ipmp. I occassionally get the ipmp errors.
It failover and fail back to the primary interface in
the split of second.
I would like to know what could have causes it. TIA.
