Solaris Management Console does not recognise newly inserted disks

Hi Sun Managers,

I have a SUNV240 server armed with Solaris 10. Recently I added 2 hard
disks, probed them with 'fsadm' and formatted them. The problem is that
from the Solaris Management Console I didn't see the hard disks
(although I was actually using these 2 new disks). In order to solve the
problem I had to reboot the machine.

I want to know whether there is an other way to tell the management
console to 'scan' for new hard disks other than rebooting the server?

Thanks,
James Attard
