Swap question regarding the partition permission flags

All,

Over two years ago, I was in a dilemma regarding swap space on two
production servers. I located two available partitions on both servers
to add additional swap space. I did a "swap -a /dev/dsk/cxtxd0s6" and
all seems to have been fine since then. However, I have taken a closer
look at what I did several years ago and question something which I
would like you to give me your opinion. The two partitions I used to
add additional swap space on each server had the partition permission
flag set to WM (read-write, mountable) instead of the preferred flag of
WU (read-write,unmountable). I assume this is fairly easy to correct,
but I'd like to know what types of issues or repercussions one may see
by using the WM partition flag for swap space. Thanks for your opinions
and have a great weekend!
