Slow TMPFS on Solaris 10

Hi fellow Managers,

Playing with Solaris 10 reveals that the tmpfs does not work the way it
does on Solaris 9. It still seems to go to the swap/disk instead of RAM.
Is it possible to improve performances somehow?
