FW: E420R- Only 1 cpu out of 4 CPUs is maxed out

 Hi Gurus,
 
We have an e420r with 4 cpus. But only cpu3 is always running all the
processes maxing out to 100% but none of the other 3 cpus are utilised. Any
idea why..?
