Bad CPU's in a 220R ?

I have a 220R with 1 CPU that is 360MHz. When I boot the system I get this.

I also have 2 450MHz CPU's I pulled out of 2 other 220R's. It would be great
if I can run with these 2 instead of the 360MHz. But when I put each one in
and boot the server I get weird characters returned in the console session
like this.
