Jumper settings of J0902 on US-IIICu modules (280R, Netra 20, Sb1k, Sb2k..)

Hi everyone,

(Posting this on behalf of a friend).

After performing autopsy on a dead 280R not under SUN support contract, we
came up with something that puzzled us:

Even though the machine had dual 900Mhz US-IIICu modules (2*X7009A), when
we removed the heatsinks from the cpu modules, it appeared that the
machine had in fact one 1015 Mhz US-IIICu chip and one 1050 US-IIICu chip
(as written on the silver aluminium from the chips' top). If the cpu speed
isn't set by the chip, it must be set by the cpu module, right?

There is only one jumper on the cpu modules: jumper J0902 which has the
following labels: '*', '2', '5', '6'. These number really look like clock
multipliers but I was unable to figure out what were the valid
combinations. Perhaps, if we could reduce the cpu speed to 750Mhz things
would get better.

Anybody with pictures of 280R US-IIICu cpu modules (not the 900Mhz ones)
where the J0902 jumper is viewable?
