merge two different ldif files

Hi folks,

I installed OpenLDAP and plan to use it for auth and as an addressbook.
Right now I have two different ldif files. One containing the
abook-entries and the other one containig the account-entries exported
from NIS.

Does anyone know of a script, to merge this two files into one file?
