Very big thanks to Eric Noriega <noriega@gwu.edu>. He asked why we
couldn't just plug a 6-15P into a 6-20R, since it should fit. Further
research at Leviton's web site, among others, confirms that just as a 110V
20A has a slot and a T to fit both 15A and 20A plugs, so does the NEMA
220V, so we can indeed plug a 6-15 plug into a 6-20 receptacle without
need of a different power cord.
