Hello,
I'm having problems with ntpdate -s -w <server1> <server2> hanging on
both Solaris 7 and Solaris 8. The messages file shows:
Jun 18 17:32:21 rome ntpdate[10657]: [ID 398266 daemon.notice] waiting 300
seconds before trying again
Jun 18 17:37:21 rome last message repeated 1 time
Jun 18 17:42:21 rome ntpdate[10657]: [ID 398266 daemon.notice] waiting 300
seconds before trying again
Jun 18 17:47:21 rome last message repeated 1 time
All systems are patched to latest versions as of 4th June 2002.
Has anyone else seen this?
