not able to login as ordinary user

Dear All,

I have ss-20 box which is running Solaris 2.6 it was working fine till
yesterday. Suddenly none of the user are not able to login except root. but
if i changed UID 0 for ordinary user it's fine

the error message is as follows

after typing password, it says "No directory! connection to host login"
and came out

anyone could help me to solve this problem?
