Hi,
I have tried added the printer using 'printmgr' and the plotter is now added
and but the problem lies with server that was hosting the printer.
It can not print PS at this moment some missing software and also
Unix won't accept long printer names such us "HP DesignJet 500PS 24" which
was also our problem.
printers.conf contains:
HP500DJ:\
:bsdaddr=hp500dj,HP500DJ,Solaris:\
:description=HP DesignJet Plotter:
and now it prints txt but not PS.
Q: does any one know good and cheep GDSII to PS converter for sparc solaris
2.8?
