How to customize Sun One Directory Console Edit Entry screen

Good afternoon:

On Sun One Directory Server Console, I click "Users and Groups" to edit user
record.
On the right pane of "Edit Entry" screen, it has 9 fields (First and last
name, User ID, password, confirm pswd, email address, Phone, and FAX) show
up that I can make change. How can I customize this screen to have more
fields available? Such as user's Department # and employee #?
