The solution is
Try,
cs00 is a legacy input method service for Kanji script. If you do not need the
service (in most cases you do not), you can disable it by renaming (or
removing) the
startup script.
# sh /etc/rc2.d/S90loc.ja.cssd stop
# mv /etc/rc2.d/S90loc.ja.cssd /etc/rc2.d/_S90loc.ja.cssd
