Most said that I could do this with sed/awk/perl. (I knew that) but what
I was really looking for was webmin.
It has the ability to import a spreadsheet of users (I have to format it
a certain way, but I can do that quite easily)
Webmin works for almost every possible unix/linux flavor out there.
I'm installing it now...
