Need help to move solaris 7 to solaris 8 on sun E450 machine

Hi Sunmanagers,

Our sun E 450 server died and we bought E 450 new machine. I need to move all data and application from solaris 7 backup tape to new solaris 8 on E 450 machine. I have to do within one week.

Please refer me any documents, site or good book.

I will appricate any your help.
