Hi Managers,
I have a 280R system with 2 Qlogic 2200F cards connected to a 3910
Storage through a SAN switch. Hard Zoning between two ports is
implemented on Switch.
The port connected to the Array is configured TL-Port and one
connected to host as F-Port on switch.
My machine suddenly hanged yesterday and after that I am not able to
view the LUNS.
cfgadm -al shows the two cards as c3/c4 but when I connect the Fiber
cable to these cards, cfgadm -al hangs.
luxadm -e ports shows 3 HBA,s with these Cards showing as not connected.
No now when I connect the cable luxadm -e ports will also hang.
Machine is running Solaris 8 with latest SAN packages and PAtches and
its at latest KJP level.
When I conect the cable though, I am able to view the WWN no of HBA's
on switch side.
How can we sort this out. Pls suggest. I will summarize.
