SunRay Questions

Hi, I recently installed a SunRay system (Dual 1.2GHZ SunFire 280R
with Solaris 9.0 and SRSS 3.0 and 15 SunRays). These are currently
only used for experimentation and evaluation of some development /
compiler tools. After reading the archives I have some questions and
am in need of some pointers, suggestions, and advice before I go any
further.

1) Kiosk Mode:
What would be the best way to go about creating a kiosk mode
environment that would reset itself after 7 minutes of inactivity? I
currently have kiosk mode working to just run Firefox 1.0 full screen,
but I would like to have the kiosk mode reset itself to some default
settings after a period of inactivity. Eventually I might want to
incorprate some sort of a screen saver (perhaps a full screen image
that changes every minute) and maybe a simple row of buttons on the
bottom of the screen to give quick access to a few other simple
applications. What have other SunRay administrators done along these
lines? My goal is this sort of kiosk mode when no card is inserted,
and then normal Solaris dtlogin when a card is inserted.

2) SunRay over DSL/CableModem:
What is the best way to use a SunRay from home? Where can I find
detailed instructions for setting this up? I have a PowerBook with Mac
OS X I could use as a dhcp server and I have 512 kbps SDSL to my home
network. Where do I configure the desired thruput / bandwidth usage
for a certain SunRay terminal? We have switched 100BaseT full duplex
in the LAN at school, but I have limited bandwidth to my home.

Thank You.
