Dear Sun Managers,
I remember a couple of years ago, Sun provided
Sunsolve CD to Sun Partners' engineer and contract
customers. Due to cost cutting, Sun no longer provide
Sunsolve CD to them.
As I'm an on-site engineer, accessing online sunsolve
sometimes is not possible in certain secure site. And
in certain occassion, I need to retrieve certain
infodoc or SRDB from sunsolve during installation or
troubleshooting when I encounter problem.
My question is:
How can I make the similiar Sunsolve CD that Sun
provided certain years ago? How can I duplicate or is
there a way to download the image and to create a
similiar sunsolve CD that Sun provided certain years
ago?
I guess some of you may fall into the same situation
as me like this, how do you guys work around for this
situation.
