Opening a port

Hi guys,

I hope someone out here can help me..

A while back I posted a question regarding running an application on Trusted
Solaris. While the response was extremely
light, I was able to get it mostly running... Now, I have several ports that
the program tries to open to listen on (69, 162, 395)
that won't open (Permission denied)... Does anyone know what command I might
need to set privileges on to allow a user
to open these ports???
