problem in booting the SUN E250 Server

Hello All.

  I am facing a problem with Sun E250 servers . when i boot this system i get an error as mentioned below and the system dosent come up.

ERROR

Can't open input device

Keyboard not present. Using ttya for input and output.

i am not able to go to boot prom mode also . " stop a " key dosent work

Please let me what mite be causing the problem. waiting for some one to help me.
