SRSS 3.0 on JDS numpad not working

Hello,

I am having a problem with my newly installed SRSS on JDS. After I set
everything up users can login but the number pad and Num Lock do not respond.
The numpad only behaves with the scrolling keys and never the numbers.
However, if I log into the server directly (non SunRay) the number pad works
correctly. Any suggestions are welcome and much appreciated.
