The problem doesn't exist... I've been very basic using "find" to search for
packages in wrong places... I'm sorry guys :-)

SOLUTION written by Bob:

Anything in the .virtual_packages directory represents a package that
can be found of the other install disk. If it is a virtual package on
disk 1, it will be a real package on disk 2.
