WebFlashArchives in solaris 2.6/8

Hi all

After having searched the net for possible answers, I'm stumped as to
whether it's technically possible to do the following.

I would like to know if it is possible to create web flash archives on
solaris 2.6 ( as it says on
http://wwws.sun.com/software/solaris/8/ds/ds-solwebstart/#3 at the
bottom of the page under Requirements ) :p

I've not seen anything on the answerbook2 on my local 2.6 system,
although my solaris 8 install has plenty to say about the subject.

Also, I have noticed that the entry in the solaris 8 answerbook for
how to boot a system into WebStart with the "boot cdrom - w" when
using the 1 of 2 boot cdrom, option doesn't actually work.

I have also built a solaris 8 system to base the whole work on as we
have a number of systems which we'd like to create webflash archives
from but they're currently 2.6 systems.

Is there a prerequisite for the SUNWinst package to be installed
completely in order for flar/flarcreate to be installed in /usr/sbin
in 2.6?

Has anyone done this with any degree of success?

All help is appreciated, I will naturally summarise.

Regards

Dan
